What a pleasure it was meeting the World's Strongest Man Eddie Hall at the Arnold Sports event in the NEC arena. An inspiring character and Athlete of our generation that has laid down the foundations for future generations to get into fitness as a hobby, competition or for positive mental wellbeing. (Fun Fact Eddie Still holds the record for the heaviest Deadlift in competition) sorry Thor fans.
