Service Description

Pre event massage is undertaken before a workout, competition or sporting performance. (Option 1) A post event massage is performed after intense training or competition as part of the recovery process. (Option 2) For Team sports massage please send your enquiry via email. *** All clients must bring at least 3 clean bath towels Any pregnant clients or people with pacemakers unfortunately cannot take any of these services.
